Good enough to eat

At last ... summer is officially over. And not a moment too soon! Today or maybe yesterday was Autumn Equinox. To honor the occasion (and give myself a reason to get off the computer for an hour) I made a yummy cake this afternoon.

It's an egg and dairy free chocolate cake since my little one is allergic to eggs. He's okay with dairy so I made the icing with margarine. It was delicious.
