Don't panic, I'm not on a diet or anything. But today I put my pedometer on first thing (I found it in the bathroom drawer). So far I have clocked up almost 7500 steps. I think the goal is 10,000 steps a day so I'm doing quite well just going about my normal day. Hang on a sec! If that's the case then how come I never lose any weight??
