The last solitary piece

It was gobbled up by Little Guy (who has forgotten he's allergic to eggs).

I've never made carrot cake before. It was quite easily the best cake I have made in a long time. The key ingredients were brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, pineapple and of course carrots. It was so moist and so perfectly balanced with the cream cheese icing.

The chatters dived in with glee and helped me out by taking some home for their kids (wink wink).
