Apples for Autumn


Today's cake, so simple and so yummy. A plain butter cake, spiced up with a teaspoon of cinnamon, baked in a ring-form tin with stewed apples on the bottom. I microwaved the chopped apple with brown sugar for about five minutes. The cake took about half an hour to bake, while it was still hot I poured the brown sugar syrup left from the apples over the top.
